Last weekend was a blast!
It was the Aggie vs. LSU game!! WHOOP! My parents went to LSU so it was quite
fun bantering back and forth…that is until we lost. Go Figure! It was still so
much fun! It was crazy here in College Station. There were sooo many people.
Friday night Megan & Daniel arrived and we caught up. Saturday we got up
and headed to campus by 7:30am! Ascher did great and we stayed until 3:30ish.
Kason & Carla met us up at the tailgate and before long Brad & Ragan
got there as well! We had lots of fun just hanging out at the tailgate and
people watching. (My personal favorite)
After the game we came
back to the house and ate Chikfila and hung out with everyone before heading to
bed. We were all exhausted. It had been a super long day and Ascher was so
tired. However, he didn’t sleep very well at all that night. So not only was it
a long day but a very long night.
Sunday morning I met all
my friends who had come into town at Hullabaloo for breakfast and to catch up.
I am sad I only got to see them for a little while. After we ate brunch we
drove to Conroe for my MIL’s birthday celebration. : ) We surprised her and
showed up. Mr. Knight grilled us all steaks and we ate and hung out. Hopefully
we made her have a special birthday!
