Weekend

Where to begin???

Thursday night Justin came to see me! : ) I was so excited. I had my final on Friday morning but I had gone to my review and pretty much finished studying by the time he had gotten there. I was so excited. I called him and he told me he was driving and i got all excited and asked him where he was going and he said the gym. my heart sank. I just said oh...okay. He said no...im coming there! I was so excited. I studied really hard for the next three hours so I could be done by the time he got there.

Friday morning I got up and went to class to take my final. FINISHED!!! It was such a great feeling. I still ended up with a C but it WAS Stat and I guess I am okay with that. After my final I came home and me and Justin went and ate lunch at Freebirds then he went back to the house and I took Pip to the vet (he refused to go with me hmph) He got two more shots and some ear medicine and is on his way to adulthood. : ) He was 3.9 pounds now he is 5.0. he is a growing boy. Hopefully he will stop soon. After I got back from the vet I packed and we headed to Magnolia for JJ's (Justins corp buddy) rehearsal dinner. We got there and they rehearsed. The church was beautiful. The dinner was at the community center and we had bbq and brownies. It was yummy! We drove to the lake and spend the night there.

Saturday morning Justin did not feel well (nor did he look well) so we took it easy. His parents got there and we went and ate at McKenzies. Afterwards, Justin had to go to the wedding early to take pictures- while we stayed back and left later. Their wedding was big and very pretty. The corp definetly marries you and buries you. A lot of JJ's corp buddies came and they all sang their BQ song and we sang the aggie war hymn of course.

Sunday we came back to College Station and Justin was on his way home back to grapevine to work : ( and I was all alone once again- so I called mom and she said why dont you just come on home. So thats what I did. I was already packed and ready so I just moved all my luggage and came home.

I was going to go back home today but the Lord works in mysterious ways. I didnt go because I was just sitting around and didnt feel like driving. So I just decided I would get up and go in the morning since my class didnt start until 10am. I am sitting here watching the 10 oclock news and there was a large accident on 2854 and 105 and that is right where I would have been. There were a number of cars involved, an 18 wheeler, and a number of injuries including a cop. The Lord has his angels watching over me for sure.

Boredom

Tomorrow is my stat final. I have studied but I just dont know what to study. Half of it is straight from the old tests and the other half is the old test with new numbers. So I cant just memorize the answers. : (

Anyways, Ive done laundry, cleaned the kitchen and my bathroom. I just will do anything not to study. One more day and Ill be done for 3 days until Summer Session II starts on Tuesday.

Apologies

I just wanted to express my apologies to everyone. My Project 365 has been rather lame lately. I am sorry. I know every picture is a picture of Pip unless it is the weekend- but that is basically my life. : )

Today I took my last Stat test. The final is on Friday. Hopefully I will be able to do well on it. I am bored but know I will look back in a few months and wish I could lay around all day and read a book for fun : )

I love my dog. (& Vera Bradley)

So I was away from him all weekend and was worried he wouldnt follow me around like he had before. I know this was silly. I was only really away from him one full day but it felt like a long time. Anyways, so last night we did a test. Ty held Pip in the middle and let him go as me and lauren both said PIP come here! and of course, he came galloping away into my arms. It made my day. : )

The cuteness does not end there. I have been making him sleep in his travel kennel because his other kennel is too large right now so he pee's in it so I am trying to train him you dont pee in your home. Anyways, he sleeps in his little kennel so I have to take him out to potty at around 730ish. He always goes like a good boy so then I just get back in bed and let him play in my room. Well this morning I had been back in bed for maybe about 20 minutes when I feel something in my armpit. I awoke startled only to find Pip sound asleep in my armpit. He had figured out how to jump onto the ottoman at the bottom of my bed, and from there jump onto the bed. It was soo cute. Normally he is not allowed on the bed but he was just too cute to move. : ) So he layed there and slept until 915! I was very proud of my little puppy. It made my day. I felt like he was scared I was going to leave him again and had to be close to me whatever it took.

At 5 I go to one of my last stat reviews (one more after tonight) and hopefully will understand and be able to ace this last stat test on Wednesday. My final is on Friday!! YIPPIE! I am glad I am going to have a fun weekend because second session starts on Tuesday! UH!

I ordered some Vera Bradley today which I am very excited about. The color I love (Capri Blue) is retiring so everything is on sale! This may sound gay but I have been eyeing the lunch box for quite some time now. And the wallet- Carla has it in a different color and I loved it so I ordered one for me too oh yeah and the backpack : )

I tired to make some more of those yummy chocolate pretzels but I am dumb and put the oven on 350 (instead of 300) and the chocolate didnt melt! HMPH- Im gonna try again after they cool off. They just bubbled up. I am so mad at myself. Guess I should go study before tonights review.

This weekend was lots of fun. Me, Carla & Kason all went to visit Justin at his apt in Grapevine. It was really fun. The four of us always have such a good time. Saturday morning Kason & Carla left to go face Carla's fear of roller coasters while me and Justin stayed behind. : ) I'm not ready to face my fear yet, or maybe ever and I am okay with that. Regardless of what they may say about me, I am okay with being scared of heights and roller coasters. Saturday me and Justin ran some errands then we watched TV. He told me my picture of the day should be his TV since that was all we did but I preferred a picture of us : ) Once Carla and Kason got home we went and ate at Uncle Julios for dinner. It was pretty outside and so we sat on the patio and had a good Mexican meal : ) After dinner we went home and watched Semi-Pro, I fell asleep rather quickly into it though- I don't think I missed much.

This week is my last week of summer session one and I am so happy!! One more week of Stat and I am finished. Its crazy! I feel like I just started, but boy am I thankful to be almost done. Hopefully this week will go by fast.

This is where Pip loves to ride in the car. Right behind your neck, I know I know, dangerous- but he is just so darn cute. I had to leave him with Lauren this weekend (you know because Justin pretends to hate him) so I missed him and feel like he is already bigger just in the two days I was gone.

My Oh So Exciting Life

Mom came in to see me yesterday and we had alot of fun. We went grocery shopping which is always great when mom foots the bill. : ) Then I went to another 3 hour long Stat review while Mom started cooking. Chicken Spagetti!! YUMMY! She also cut up celery, onions and green peppers for me to freeze. She says that I need to start being domestic when Justin comes to see me. : ) She asked me if I make him breakfast when he stays with me and I told her he is lucky if he even gets breakfast...hehe.

Today I had my third stat test. It was awful. I stopped being confident when leaving these tests because I always get excited just for my dreams of sucess to be shot. Anyways, had my stat test and came home and mom had moved all the furniture in the living room to clean the wood floor (which needed it badly) and we decided to leave the furniture moved. I really like it. It seems much more open and Lauren said it seems more inviting. I like it. I also made some really good deserts (stole the idea from Shauna)

After mom left I did some laundry, mowed the back yard, took Pip for a walk, vacuumed, loaded and ran the dishwasher, showered, made dinner, and lastly went and got me a snowcone for all my hard work.

I am looking forward to second session summer school. And am very thankful I took Stat first session because now my reading class and early childhood class are going to be so much fun instead of stat class every day! And I was looking at my reading class and we dont meet everyday. YIPPIE!!!
