Road Trip for Wedding!

On Friday morning we got up and went and ate breakfast with Daniel and Megan before they headed back to Houston and we headed to Shreveport for Vanessa's (my cousin) wedding! I woke up with a terrible migraine and just felt horrible. I quickly packed up Pip's & my stuff and got in the car so I could pass out. I have the best husband ever. I slept for 3 out of the 5 hour drive. However, when I woke up and wanted to talk Justin told me to go back to sleep : ) He was enjoying his quiet drive. We arrived in time to check in to the hotel and get ready to head to the Rehearsal Dinner. It was great! We went and ate at Copelands. I told Justin I miss my family so much. It was so great to be with the Parkers and the Calhouns and my whole family!! Growing up we were together ALL the time. I love my family and hate that we don't see each other more often!

Thanksgiving Day

Thursday morning I got up and finished up the cooking before heading over to Taylor's for Thanksgiving Lunch!! We had so much food it was WONDERFUL! The day ended up being beautiful so we sat around outside for a lot of the time- watching the kids play and the men play washers! After eating and playing we opened our sibling gifts

I have so many more photos but it keeps telling me I am using all my photo space so that will have to do for now...if any of you know how to fix this problem let me know!

Graysons Five!!

I remember the first time I played with Grayson he played with my watch singing the ABC's on the floor of their old house, now he is FIVE! I can't believe how big he has gotten. He had a carnival themed birthday party. We arrived at the carnival and their was a blow up jumpie, goldfish throw, popcorn, cotton candy, pin the tail on the donkey, balloon pop and all sorts of fun for 5 year olds (and the jumpie proved to be fun for more than just the kids...ie- Justin & Kason)

Thankful

Today I am thankful for the man standing at the end of his row to check me out because the grocery store was not crowded. I had been putting off the grocery store because I didn't want to fight the crowds yet as I walked up to the checkers a young man said...You ready to check out? I can get you right over here. : ) oh the small things...now off to chop up all sorts of things and cook!
