Changes in the Kitchen

So Justin and I have been contemplating buying a new kitchen table and we finally bit the bullet and got one! We both really like it. It doesn't come in for two weeks though. : ( But that will make it all the more exciting once it arrives! This was our first big purchase together and we were so excited and can't wait to serve many meals on it!

The picture shows 8 chairs and with the table fully extended. We got 4 chairs- we don't need 8 yet! : ) We kept telling the sales lady we wanted a table that we could grow into. It is so weird to talk like that about furniture and know that as husband and wife we made this purchase. And to know we will have many memories of our first anniversary dinner, kids messes, bills to be paid, birthday parties, etc. all at this kitchen table. I'm sure there will be more pictures to come once we actually get the table and it is set up in the apartment, but for now- this picture will have to do!
